Dušan Stamenković was a 2016/17 Fulbright Visiting Scholar from the University of Niš, Serbia, where he works as an assistant professor in the Department of English, the Faculty of Philosophy, and a researcher at the Center for Cognitive Sciences. He received his BA in English from the University of Niš, MA in the English language and literature from the University of Novi Sad, and his doctorate in linguistics from the University of Novi Sad. His research interests include cognitive linguistics, spatio-temporal relations, metaphor comprehension, multimodality (visual languages and video game studies).
